A Golden Opportunity to Restore Nature
The Nature Restoration Law came into force across the EU in August 2024. This law does not require transposition into Irish law. It is automatically applicable. Ireland must now develop its National Restoration Plan. Click here to read the law. Our focus will be mainly on Articles 4 and 5 but also the articles on monitoring.
