Our Limerick branch along with our Clare branch invite you to join them for a joint branch outing to sites along the Shannon Estuary from Foynes to Tarbert.

The Shannon Estuary Way is a spectacular and unspoiled riverside destination just off the Wild Atlantic Way. An area of remarkable beauty, this is where Ireland’s longest river, the Serene Shannon, flows into the wild waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Cormorants, shags, gulls, fulmars and others are familiar sights along the cliffs and shoreline. Cormorants and shags can be seen with wings outspread as they dry their feathers in the sun after diving for crab or small fish.
