Join our Westmeath branch for an evening discussing Ecology and Conservation of Ireland’s Hen Harriers with Alan McCarthy.
Following his undergraduate studies, Alan commenced his PhD, which examined the seasonal ecology and conservation of Hen Harriers in Ireland. His PhD research was wide-ranging and included dietary analysis, prey abundance surveys and a satellite tracking study.
