Join our Wicklow branch for an evening discussing “Hatch, Match and Dispatch: Life as a Kilcoole Little Tern warden” with Jonathan Stanley
The colony is monitored 24/7 through the breeding season to ensure nesting success and Kilcoole now hosts Ireland’s largest Little Tern colony with more than half of the Irish population, thanks to this successful strategy of monitoring, protection and predator management.
