This event is a members only event to the Doon area.
We hope to see upland birds and migrants while doing a fair bit of walking with leaders Mara Van Aelst and Patrick Bailey
The Doon area in County Limerick, bordering Tipperary, hosts diverse bird species including upland raptors like Hen Harriers and woodland birds such as Crossbills, Cuckoos, and Great Spotted Woodpeckers found near the boundary. The agricultural landscape also supports jays, wood pigeons, and various owls.
