Our Cork branch along with our West Cork branch invite you to join them for a trip to Harper Island wetlands to view the different types of wetland wildlife on offer.
Harper’s Island Wetland Centre is in the heart of Cork Harbour in Ireland and is a great place to watch wetland birds. Harper’s Island is a particularly important area for birds to roost at high tide. Here you may see large flocks of Black-tailed Godwits and Redshank using the safety of the fields as they wait for the tide to drop, exposing the mud once again.
