Breeding Wader Surveys

Cooperation across borders for biodiversity

As part of the CABB Project surveys of breeding waders were undertaken at selected sites in Cos Donegal and Sligo during the breeding season in 2017 and 2018. Site selection was primarily based on sites that had been surveyed during previous machair studies with a number of islands also being covered.
